Returns & Refunds Policy

At Silver Safar, we value your satisfaction. This policy explains how we handle returns and refunds. Silver Safar is the trading name of Zakariya Khalil, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

1. Returns & Cancellations

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us that you wish to return it. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to our return address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at zakcybo@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at zakcybo@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Custom products (special orders or personalized items).
Personal care goods (due to hygiene reasons).
Perishable goods.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that banks or credit card companies can take 3-7 business days to process and post the refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all shipments.

Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
Delivery Time: Usually 2-3 business days from dispatch.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order leaves us.
