At Silver Safar, we believe in straightforward and transparent service. Silver Safar is the trading name of Zakariya Khalil, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

1. Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders across our store. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements at checkout.

2. Shipping Method & Tracking

To ensure your items arrive safely and on time, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all deliveries.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can monitor your delivery directly through the Royal Mail website.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).
Transit Time: 2 to 3 business days via Royal Mail.
Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their items within 3 to 5 business days of placing an order.

4. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. As a sole trader, I take personal care in packaging your items from my location at 2 Resham Close, Southall, UB2 5DW. If you notice an error in your address after ordering, please email us immediately.

Returns & Refund Summary

Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery.
Process: To start a return, email zakcybo@gmail.com.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
